The tweet was posted on July 9 and went unnoticed. Mr. Belushi included a photo of himself in a white shirt covered with blood and a knife handle sticking out of his upper abdomen. We now know from recent articles that he is stabbed with a knife and the only finger prints on it belong to his son. You can view the photo here.
Note: I also retweeted it earlier today and then was side-tracked. As an aside, I often retweet items including sightings of Keanu that I don’t put on the front page.
