I have seen this photo years ago and lost track of it. Dirk Lang, also known as Dirk Wolter Orgas wrote the book Santa Adele. Jungfrau des Lichts – Ein Schweinemärchen (Santa Adele Virgin of Light –. A Pig‘s Tale) as a charity project to raise money for an AIDS hospice. Keanu was one of the celebrities that took a photo with the stuffed pig. You can view it here.
