Den of Geek is reporting that Keanu Reeves said the following about the project:
“As a huge fan of Barry’s work, I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to bring his iconic character and incredible world to life.”
They also report that a writer has not been hired yet for the first episode.
Update: From Variety, Keanu is also quoted as saying:
“I’m looking forward to partnering with Slingshot on my first series, and reteaming with Chad and David.”
