The Hollywood Reporter has posted that Keanu Reeves has signed on to star in Daughter of God along with Ana de Armas. The script, which was written by Gee Malik Linton , is about a young latino woman who experiences strange things as a detective investigates his partner’s death.
The deal was announced by Fortitude International who is pre-selling the film at the Toronto International Film Festival film market.Keanu Reeves, Gee Malik Linton, Robin Gurland will produce the film with Cassian Elwes and Daniel Grodnik serving as the executive producers. CAA and Cassian Elwes will be selling the domestic rights and Daniel Grodnik will b e co-financing the film.
