Fantastic Fest schedule is no longer showing John Wick at 12:15 pm screening today. Folks on the ground in Austin are not happy and have been tweeting up a storm and some are saying they will boycott the whole first block today in protest.
It is not clear what is going on but FF did add two additional theaters on Friday night so that may be factoring into the decision.
Update: Many thanks to senior editor at Movies.com, Peter Hall who has tweeted that he has confirmed that John Wick was not pulled from the schedule to be re-edited. The film has been rescheduled for tomorrow but it is not clear when. Right now there is no indication on the FF schedule as to when it will be shown tomorrow.
