The Fox NFL Pregame show starts at 12 pm on Sundays. For those in the states look up the Fox channel in your local listings. Fox NFL has been tweeting up a storm tonight to remind everyone that Keanu will be on tomorrow. See here and here.

Update: Not an appearance at all – just a pre-taped commercial type introduction for the show. He had on his KRGT-1 tee shirt – good for him – he got in an advertisement for his bike.
