Replicas starring Keanu Reeves was mentioned by Variety in one of their press releases from the American Film Market. The following was said:
Lotus Entertainment brought Keanu Reeves and Lorenzo di Bonaventura to Santa Monica to meet with buyers on sci-fi pic “Replicas.” “Buyers have responded very well to our slate since these are all positioned to go wide,” said Lotus’ Bill Johnson.
Since they made a point to mention Replicas, I am assuming that it also positioned for a wide release. The article is here.
