The photo was posted 2 hr ago which would have been approximately 10 AM PT. There was an 11 AM direct flight to Seoul. Assuming Keanu is on that flight, he should be arriving in Seoul around 5:30 pm on Wednesday, January 7 (~3:30 am ET).
Update: Daum has confirmed that Keanu will arrive at the airport in Seoul at 5:40 pm – my estimate wasn’t that far off of the mark.
