The Elcentro Chamber of Commerce and the Imperial Film Commission have posted a casting notice on their site for extras for The Bad Batch. If you are in the area and interested here is the information:

Batch Batch is a film starring Jim Carey & Keanu Reeves. Men & Women age 18 and over. All ethnicities welcome. No experience necessary. Specific types needed: Bombay Beach & Slab City types, Skateboarders, Amputees and Asians 18+. Please bring proof of US Citizenship. Filming in Bombay Beach & Niland ares in May 2015.
Earlier in the month the BackStage posted a casting call for a female amputee body double that has since expired. They were looking for someone that was missing a right arm and/or leg to portray a woman in the film that was missing both.
The only thing we know about the plot so far is that it is adystopian love story in a Texas wasteland and set in a community of cannibals (via IMDb).
