Variety is reporting that Neon Demon picked up distributors in the following territories at Cannes:

- South Korea (Double & Joy)
- Indonesia (PtAmero)
- Japan (Gaga)
- Philippines (Pioneer)
- Taiwan (Movie Cloud)
- Portugal (Leopardo)
- Hungary (Vertigo)
- Poland (Gutek)
- Czech Rep & Slovakia (Film Europe)
- Romania (Independence)
- Former Yougoslavia (MCF)
- Turkey (Fabula)
- Scandinavia (Scanbox)
- Canada (D Film)
In additional the film shoot will wrap this week in Los Angeles. Variety is also reporting that the film will be released during the first semester of 2016. It is not entirely clear what they mean by ‘semester’. Here in the states an academic year would be defined as Fall 2015 & Spring 2016. If they are using the term in that sense then the first semester 2016 would be late August through December of 2016.
