Iain Blair talked with Keanu Reeves about Side by Side for the news organization Reuters. Much of the same ground is covered in this interview as others. We do learn, however, that Keanu considers talking with George Lucas as pretty special saying:
The sheer impact that he’s had on digital cinema is just so amazing, and I learned so much. I mean, I wasn’t familiar with his development of the EditDroid which then turned into the Avid but we all know about ILM and THX and his work with digital cameras. He’s a true maverick and pioneer of where we are today. He’s done it all.
When asked about his directorial debut, Keanu is on record as saying he enjoyed it and will do it again.
