Note: Eli Roth and Lorenza Izzo are already in NYC. The Green Inferno opens on Friday but it is likely that the press junket for that film has already occurred as evidenced by the interviews that have emerged. You have to wonder if there will be a press junket or some other promotion occurring in NYC for Knock Knock as the October 9 release date is rapidly approaching.
