The backwards cap has returned. Many thanks to enrico_di_nicolantonio who has shared his selfie with Keanu on websta. In the photo he is holding a painting of Keanu. It is not clear if he presented it to Keanu or was just showing it to him.
Update: Many thanks to Barbara Freewalkingtours Rome for sharing a short video of Keanu with fans on FB. The run-in occurred on February 5 at 9pm so the video is dark.
