Variety has announced that Lili Taylor, Alex Sharp and Brooke Smith have joined the cast of To the Bone. Ambie Group has also signed on to finance the film and two principals from the group, Andrea Iervolino and Monika Bacardi will be co-producing as well.
Global sales is being handled by Ambi Distribution who will be selling distribution rights at the Cannes Film Festival.
