604 Now has an article up that says the Always Be My Maybe shoot will take place in Vancouver from May 28 – July 6, 2018. Since JW3 has the potential to be filming in NYC through July 30, I suspect that they will film around Keanu for the few days he needs to be in Vancouver for filming.
