Heidi Wilhelm posted photos of Toy Story 4 characters featured on notebooks from Scribe on her blog on February 17, 2019. One of those notebooks featured Duke Caboom, who appears to be Canadian and rides a motorcycle from the photo.
David Jones posted an article on Keanu’s character in Toy Story 4 on We Got This Covered. He said the following about Duke Caboom:
So, who is Duke Caboom? Word is he’s from the place where discontinued toys are sent (where Bo Peep reportedly goes to find her missing sheep) and, from his design, seems to be a take on the iconic Evel Knievel Stunt Cycle toy from the 1970s. We got a better look at the character after pictures from Toy Fair 2019 were released, and judging by the red maple leaf on the front of his motorcycle, Caboom appears to be Canadian.
Note, a google search of Toy Story 4 toys at Toy Fair 2019 revealed photos of many toys but none of Duke Caboom. He appears to be referring to the photo of the notebook from Heidi WIlhelm’s article.
