Thus, the “Autopsy Desk” marks a felicitous opening to the survey of his oeuvre, organized loosely by medium to suggest that a retrospective taxonomy to his broad practice. I would have preferred to see the work in chronological order, albeit partly because I was pleasantly surprised, every few pages or so, to discover works that I had never seen before. Keanu Reeves had an intimate Thanksgiving for two. “The Matrix” star was at Strip House 12th Street with “an older woman who was definitely just a friend,” spies said. They shared porterhouse steak and “enjoyed each other’s company catching up.” Earlier in the week, Reeves was at Delmonico’s with another pal who ordered a $2,000 bottle of Bordeaux. He’s here filming “John Wick,” in which he plays a former hit man back in action after a baddie steals his 1969 Mustang and kills his dog.

It wasn’t all that different from the first movie except that this time, I pushed my limits further. I continued training for judo and jujutsu, and worked hard to improve my use of weapon technique. I reserved three days of the week for gun training. It feels amazing to see appreciation for the time and effort I spent for the role.
