Fitting, then, that Robert’s dog Henry (whose name brings all of these alignments in full sequence) was, according to Bret, “the only other living organism around when we were [creating the album]. He’s part of it and the energy that he gives…the warmth of a dog is a big part of this record, too.” (bolding mine)
This is the second time, someone in the band referred to their time creating the album as just the three of them being present. The ass zit, con-artist, big bird, whatever she may be (take your pick) continues to try to insinuate her way into this space and she has now been shot down as a liar twice by someone in the band.
