When exactly was the Sportsnet clip filmed? It contained a ‘Happy New Year’ message and aired Saturday night. Hard to imagine this was recorded in summer/fall or during the last leg of the Dogstar tour.
Doesn’t matter how you slice it, there is no way it was filmed at the last minute. Sportsnet would have needed time to edit it and add the other goodies.
There are limited options when you consider the time line.
- If he left Nashville on Friday, Dec 22 and showed up in France on Saturday, Dec 23 as claimed, then that eliminates this segment being filmed before Christmas.
- If he was in France looking at caves on Thursday, Dec 28 as claimed, even if he left on Thursday evening or early Friday with flight lengths and time changes, he wouldn’t be there until late Friday. That leaves late Friday and Saturday to get the segment ready for Saturday evening.
- Segment filmed during the last leg of the tour.
