The site email has been having trouble receiving email from other mail platforms. I didn’t realize it until this afternoon when I forwarded something from my personal account and it didn’t arrive. I don’t have a fix on how long the problem has persisted so apologies if you emailed and I didn’t respond. Tech support appears to have sorted out the problem.
