TMZ is reporting that Thomas Althouse is suing Andy and Lana Wachowski for $300M for lifting ideas from his script, ‘The Immortals‘, for The Matrix Reloaded and The Matrix Revolutions.
Althouse claims that he came across The Matrix films in 2010 and noticed the similarities to his work. Producer Joel SIlver is also included in the copyright infringement lawsuit.
