Keanu Reeves’ highly praised documentary Side by Side had its North American premiere at the 2012 Tribeca Film Festival. A year later, and the film was mentioned numerous times at this year’s Tribeca Talks’ New Filmmaker in the Digital Age panel. Filmmakers participating in the panel discussion included directors Lance Edmands (Bluebird), Rob Meyer (A Birder’s Guide to Everything), Jenee LaMarque (The Pretty One), and producer Tamara Anghie (Run and Jump).
