Keanu Reeves, Chen Hu and Yeh Qing are in Nanjing today to promote Man of Tai Chi. they have a buy schedule. The will do a press conference, meet with the media, have a meet and greet with the Nanjing contest winnner and also visit theaters where MOTC is screening. The press conference has started and Keanu is wearing a gray suit and black dress shirt. The MOTC weibo page and Tiger’s Tencent weibo page are covering the event. I will keep refreshing the post as I go for those who are up.
Keanu said MOTC was a long term project for Tiger and him and that he came to Beijing and Hong Kong to make the film. It is raining in Nanjing today and MOTC weibo is reporting that Keanu said ‘rain, rain, Nanjing feels more beautiful than usual.
Tiger said he hopes to do more acting and hopes to work with Keanu again. Yeh praised Lao Li and said he was a good director and gave the actors a lot of space to act without interupting them.
Keanu said he and Tiger met with the contest winner (there are two in the photo but the gentleman sat closer to him so I think he is the winner) and that he and Tiger talked about their growing friendship with him. Keanu wrote him a message to mark the occasion.
