Korean site, ISPLUS, has posted a teaser poster for Knock Knock. The article said that Knock Knock will open in theaters at the beginning of summer and said the tentative date is the end of next month (May). The translation is rough but it seems to be saying that the current teaser poster gives little indication of the genre of the film.
The film will open in the Netherlands on Oct 22, 2015 according to IMDb. While Liongate Premiere will be distributing the film in the US, a hard release date has not been announced yet.
