Lantica Studios, formerly Pinewood Studio, is located in Juan Dolio in the province of San Pedro de Macoris on the southern coast of the Dominican Republic on the island of Hispaniola.
The Lantica Studio has one of the most modern water filming facilities in the region. It has a 56,000 sq feet film horizon water tank and a 4,305 deep water tank.
