DOGSTAR | The Roxy Theatre | 18/7/23

Never forgetting this night 🥲

Just over a month ago I tweeted about how I hoped Keanu’s band Dogstar would play a show over the 10 days I was in the US.

Never did I think they’d announce a show on one of the nights I’m in LA – and when it sold out pretty instantly online, never did I think I’d actually get into the gig!!

(Go to the box office. If you don’t ask, you don’t get.😇)

We were also interviewed by a reporter from a news outlet who heard us buying the tickets and wanted to speak to us about being from Scotland, getting into the show etc (and our favourite Keanu movies!).

We told the story of how Dogstar played T in the Park in Scotland back in 1996, and how Keanu reportedly got the bus to the festival from Glasgow Buchanan Bus Station.

If you see this @dogstarband – thank you for an incredible night and plssss come back to Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🤞🏻

(PS I also saw Alex Winter and had an internal freak out that I was standing in the same room as Bill and Ted lol)
