iMotorbike has a post up on the new KRGT-1 model by Arch Motorcycle. According to the post, the new model will be at the EICMA in Milan. The EICMA runs November 5 – 10, 2019.
Right now, I have not seen anything that indicated that Keanu will be there with the bike. If anything new appears, I will update.
