An industry site has a post up about 47 Ronin. They are reporting that post production contracts have been extended through March 2013 and that the film could be pushed back to 2014. The post is not dated so it is hard to judge if it was written before or after Universal announced the December 25, 2013 release date.
Regardless, they have a clip of film shot on the 3D Steadicam. I am not big on 3D but this looks great in my opinion. In addition, they link to an article written by steadicam operator Paul Edwards who worked on 47 Ronin.
