Thunder Road bought the John Wick script on December 3, 2012. The script as written takes place in a small rural town in Pennsylvania, Manhattan, and Spain. The synopsis gives a bit more detail than what has been in the press releases to date and we find out why John’s dog is so important to him.

Note: In the script John Wick is in his 60s. It will be interesting to see if they make the character younger or go with the script as written.
