A group at Zurich University has shot film using a 35mm camera and an Alexa digital camera. They have posted a video with the film footage captured with the two camera. They also included the footage from the Alexa with grain added in post editing.
It was interesting to see. For those caught up in the celluloid vs. digital debate as a result of seeing Side by Side, the clip can be viewed here.
