According to the urban dictionary, mucka is a slang word that is used predominantly in Manchester and sometimes in North West England that means friend. It is not clear if Mr. Chaisty knows or has met Keanu before of if he used the term mucka with tongue in cheek. That being said, one of the commenters wishes that he had a quid for every celebrity that Mr. Chaisty bumps into.
