Two years after the film was originally released, John Wick Chapter 4 will be released in China, on March 14, 2025 according to The Hollywood Reporter. Huahua Media will be distributing and marketing the film.
The film had no cuts or changes made by the China film regulators which are know to highly sensor films. None of the other films in the franchise made their way to the Chinese theaters.
If I were a betting gal, I’d say the apperance of Donnie Yen is the film was a motivating factor in the film gaining its release date in China.
