GQ has a post up on Keanu’s fashion sense. The shoes were duly noted. They said the following about his attire for the gala:

His suit is a mix of bronze, gray, and brown, with a slight tinge of green. It’s also got some subtle shine, and it would look fine with black or dark brown shoes and belt. Where Reeves kills it though, is in the choice of dark gray tie and light caramel brown shoes and belt. The lighter color gives the look a pop of color and grounds it in rugged natural leather which speaks to the actor’s personal style and echoes his signature long hair and beard. The dark gray tie keeps everything from getting too casual. This is classic Keanu, turned up a notch and it’s hard not to love.
