The Hollywood Reporter has posted that Warner Bros., the Wachowskis and Joel SIlver have won the lawsuit filed by Thomas Althouse that accused them of stealing The Matrix from him. The article goes into the details about Althouse’s script. With respect to the two scripts, Judge R. Gary Klausner said:
“The basic premises of The Matrix Trilogy and The Immortals are so different that it would be unreasonable to find their plots substantially similar.”
