Mr. Pozo is an actor and director. According to his twitter page, he is based in Italy. His photos say Roma surprise – coffee with Keanu. They seem to indicate that the encounter occurred in Rome. I asked Mr. del Pozo if he was visiting NYC by tweet and will update if he replies.

The article seems to indicate that Keanu appeared on the Italian TV show You’ve Got Mail that is recorded at the Elios Studios in Rome. Assuming that the interpretation is correct, it’s also not clear if he appeared by video-conference, in person or just sent a recorded message.

Note: The author of the article, Davide Maggio tweeted last night (Dec 10) that Keanu Reeves recorded last night which would have been on Dec 9. I sent him a tweet and asked if Keanu was there. I’ll update if he replies. Also Enrique del Pozo tweeted yesterday (Dec 10) that he was taking a train to Rome.
Update X2: Davide Maggio has replied that Keanu has been in Italy since two days ago. Mr. del Pozo took a train to Rome on Dec 10 and posted his photos with Keanu today so I think it is safe to say that Keanu was still in Italy today.
