It appears that Keanu Reeves went out for a ride on his silver Norton on Saturday, July 20. He was in jeans and his black light weight jacket. The backdrop behind him is interesting. The caption on the photos say he is blocking traffic but it looks like he may be on a highway in front of a wooded area, rest stop or park. It doesn’t look like he is out in regular traffic and if he is in a residential area then it looks like someone let their landscaping go. In the last shot, there appears to be a parked car (there is a curb directly behind it) and another person on a bike directly in front of him. He is with the other bike rider.
These photos reminded me of the series that came out in fall of 2012 when he went out for a bike ride with a bunch of friends and ended up in Malibu and on that day he was on the the black Norton. While the photos could be mislabeled, I have not seen them before and his hair and the slight fullness of his face lead me to believe they are in fact recent.

Update X2: These photos are from here. There appear to be more in the series. While the article was published on July 22, it doesn’t rule out that the photos are from July 20 as stated by Aflo and weren’t found until yesterday by a celebrity site.
Update 3X: On close examination as pointed out in the comments, you can see a mailbox, so clearly they are in a residential area with overgrown landscaping.
