Christopher Campbell from Movies had an in depth conversation with Keanu Reeves about the documentary, Side by Side. In this interview we get a feel for how the documentary was approached, who it’s geared for, how interviews were approached and carried out as well as some of the tidbits on some of the interviewees. After verifying that Man of Tai Chi was filmed in digital, Mr. Campbell commented that Keanu was obviously comfortable and happy with it [digital]. Keanu responded to that comment with:
But I lost the experience of working on film. I will probably get to see it in film, because there are still some places where it will be released — if it’s any good — that have to have a film print. It would be cool to see that.
