The Examiner has included the Knock Knock cast dinner and party in their post on Sundance parties. In addition to giving a brief synopsis of the film they also said the following:
The “Knock Knock” pre-premiere dinner was held at Acura Studio. Keanu Reeves, Lorenza Issa and director Eli Roth were in attendance. Hundreds of guests partied late into the night. The very friendly Keanu mingled and smiled at guests who enjoyed cocktails and passed hors d’oeuvres. The director was seen passing out tickets to other upcoming screenings of the film.
Monsters & Critics posted a piece on another hot spot at the festival – The Grey Goose Blue Door Lounge. THey said the following:

Keanu Reeves kept a low-key profile stopping by the GREY GOOSE Blue Door lounge to participate in the InStyle Portrait Studio. Mingling with his guests, Keanu looked sleek in all black.
