Flickering Myth has posted the new poster that has been released in the UK.
Van Connor has reviewed Exposed for On Screen.
Helen Earnshaw from Female First looks at Keanu’s top toughest characters. Number 6 on the list is Scotty Galban from Exposed. She says the following:
Marking a new and gritty role for him, Keanu was praised for a restrained, quiet performance which still showed a multi-faceted character suffering throughout the story.
With all the traits of cinema’s classic cop films, Exposed is another fine string to the bow of Keanu’s acting portfolio.
Nick Hasted reviewed Exposed for The Arts Desk. Hasted had the following to say:
What’s left is a film of two halves, one with Ana de Armas starring and one with Reeves, intercut with a meat cleaver and stumbling with unsteady gait, barely recognisable to each other. This intended thriller has punchdrunk pace, actually slowing to its finish. But it also has fascinating touches of quiet realism and fantasy like little I’ve seen.
…The compromises weighing down this well-acted, superbly shot hybrid, though, drag it to the floor.

Stefan Pape reviewed Exposed for HEYUGUYS. Among other things, Pape had the following to say:
Though it’s Reeves who comes with the experience, de Armas steals the show as an actress with an incredible degree of graceful, screen presence, as an alluring and enigmatic performer. It helps she’s one of few characters within this picture that isn’t reprehensible, which otherwise makes for a distinctly cold piece of cinema. But that said, it’s unique for a whodunnit crime thriller of this nature to not romanticise over the victim – for the former detective sounds like a nasty piece of work, and we deviate away from any sense of pity, not for him nor his objectionable, bereaved wife.
