Back in 1994 People never picked a ‘Sexiest Man Alive’. Jess Cagle, editorial director for the magazine fixed that today and chose Keanu Reeves as the ‘Sexiest Man Alive for 1994’. I speak only for myself, but Keanu still fills that bill today in 2015!
