If you have receipts showing fraud or other illegal activities on the part of the zit, then don’t piss and moan about it on social media. Send the evidence to the California Attorney General. If you are in a state other than California, then also alert your own state’s Attorney General and let them open their own investigation and/or coordinate with the Attorney General in California.
If you order books from XAB and you still have the original packing material, the return address needs to be attributed to XAB as does the POSTAGE. If the return address on XAB merchandise and the metered postage marking was Grant Love whatever on XAB merchandise, that is a problem and needs to be reported. The same holds true for art work – we are not talking about her arts and crafts she has already designated for charity – we ARE talking about her art bought at exhibitions in galleries for profit.
If you wrote a check for the merchandise and have a cancelled check, check the stamp on it. Your check for XAB merchandise needs to be deposited in a checking account for XAB. If it was deposited in a different account, that is a problem that needs to be reported. Similarly checks for artwork need to be deposited in an account for that – not her personal account or the account for Grant Love whatever – that is mixing for profit business with her so called charity and that is not OK.
Similarly, if you paid by credit card and have those statement, check them and verify the payment was billed to the right account, it not that can also be reported.
