Note: I reported on this back in 2013 and you can read details and get links here. In a nut shell, Joe Charbanic was a roadie for Dogstar and went on to film one of their videos. Keanu agreed verbally to do a small cameo in The Watcher which was directed by Charbanic. According to Keanu, Charbanic expanded the role and forged his signature on the film contract. Keanu did just fine, Charbanic not so much – enough said.
