Films screening at Cannes will not be known until they are announced in April 2016 and there currently is no information on the Cannes Film Festival site to support this claim.
Ana Lily Amirpour’s A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night was was a hit at the 2014 Sundance Film Festival and went on to win the Best Director Gotham Independent Film Award in 2014. Expectations are high for The Bad Batch and the film will most likely screen at one or more film festivals.
