More often than not, news items in the local papers about local film industry news feature are accompanied by a photo of the actor during one of his various location scouting trips to the windy city.
The Buffalo News is reporting that a piece of legislation that is likely to pass in the final state budget will raise the tax credit to 40% for those bringing their film productions to Buffalo.
