For the past couple of months Omega Underground and That Hash Tag Show have been posting exclusive “news” with regard to the John Wick 3 shoot without sourcing the information. On March 5, Omega Underground posted that they confirmed that the JW3 shoot would begin next month in Montreal. As expected, all of the other media sites ran the unsourced info.
This evening, Executive Vice President for Business Affairs at Thunder Road, Jonathan Fuhrman, posted via IG story that the information is false. The clip is in the site twitter feed.
Note: It is not clear what is incorrect – the location, the start date or both pieces of info. Also, I reported that Steve Weintraub at Collider was not able to confirm much of the info reported by one of the sites mentioned above here.
