The New York Times has posted in their fall schedule that The Whole Truth will be released on October 21. IMDb has posted the same. As of now neither Box Office Mojo or The Numbers has included the film in their release schedule which is a strong indicator that this will be a limited release.
Note: According to IMDb, Lionsgate Premiere is the US distributor giving further credence that this will be a very limited release. They were also the distributor for Exposed. The film is not even mentioned on their website. I have done a quick search and have not seen any news for a VOD or Blu-ray US release yet.
