5.11 Tactical has posted photos of Keanu Reeves on their FB page in their Sabre Jacket 2. The company supplies outerwrear, clothing and other products for those in the law enforcement, fire/eMS and other similar types of professions. While they have only posted photos of Keanu in their product, it stands to reason that the rest of the cast serving in law enforcement roles also wore products from the 5.11 line.
